Yes, the CRM has an email marketing function whereby you can segment and target certain contacts. However there is a limit on the standard number of emails the CRM can send out per day. This is normally 250. Zoho can increase this to 1500 upon special request and you would have to purchase at least 10 user licenses of the Pro or Enterprise version. Also, the CRM does not produce email campaign reports, such as read, clicks, bounces etc. but you shall try Zoho Campaigns which is heavily integrated with Zoho CRM.
