Currently they cannot login and view your solutions. This functionality is in the Road Map.
However, if this function is required, you can implement Zoho Wiki and create a Wiki for your customers. This will achieve the same goal and will allow you to segment and categorise your questions and answers to the way you want. The Wiki can be public or private, it is up to you.
Zoho provide 2 free Wikis to all Zoho users under the Single Sign On concept. ie. if you are a user of Zoho CRM, you can also use Zoho Wiki.
