In order to set up web to lead you must use the code generated by the CRM itself.

To initiate this, login as Admin and on the back end select leads, web to lead.  Follow the instructions there which allow you to select auto responder templates (which need to be created first), auto lead approval and so on.

Proceed to the next stage and select the fields you deem most relevant to your website lead capture form, essentials of course are name, phone, email, but you may add as many as you like.  If you would like to add a field which is not in the list you must of course first add it to the lead record as a custom field.

Proceed to the next stage and the CRM will generate the cprrect HTML code to use in your web form.  You should use this code within your contact form and an experienced web developer should be able to add colours / fonts / change layout and so on to make it match your website theme.  This code will drop the form values directly into the CRM.

You may also wish to set up auto workflow and auto assignment rules which automatically notify the right person in your team of the new lead as well as informing the lead your sale will respond shortly.
