The CRM is designed for strategic, targeted email marketing, rather than mass, blind, general newsletter style email blasts to thousands and thousands of people. You will be able to do email campaigns using the CRM (all included in scope) as in the following example: Scenario: you have a new product, a sports product for guys and you want to introduce it to the domestic market before launching it overseas step 1) use the CRM to creat a list of all customers, past and present, in Poland male, between 20 and 40 years of age, who are interested in sports. step 2) mass mail all of the customers above, introducing the new product, using a pre-made email template that pulls customer information into the email body (name etc) This is easy and the CRM is great at doing this. There is a limit of 250 emails per day with the Pro License. If the list above generates 700 users the email would have to be staggered, but this is easy and there is no extra cost. The CRM can be customised to allow up to 1500 emails a day but Zoho require you to purchase the Enterprise license, not the Professional, this is 300USD as opposed to 144USD. If you need to send out 30,000 emails at once, then you will definitely need a powerful email marketing solution. Most if not all email marketing solution providers base their revenue models on batches of sendouts, normally 5000 per month, normally in the region of 50USD per batch. This being how they make their money of course.
