Yes. All CRM implementation projects undertaken by Z Partner will include a training phase. During this phase we will train your users (Sales, marketing, Customer Support) to use the CRM functions, and your chosen Administrator to customize the functions. We recommend training be done outside of work hours for best, more focused results with fewer distractions; schedules will be planned to match your availability. Training materials will be provided. If you do not have time to administer the CRM, Z Partner can help you by creating a custom CRM Support package to suit your budget and requirements.
