Zoho, the US-based software developer known for its comprehensive suite of online applications for small and medium sized businesses is expanding its sales channel into the Polish market.

Software as a Service or SaaS is a relatively new distribution channel that offers customers traditional software applications but delivered as a service over the Internet. MMI Group will initially offer the Zoho CRM application which has been translated into Polish and later add additional Zoho applications for resell. The Zoho suite includes an online word processor, spreadsheet and presentation tool, similar to Microsoft Office, but offered free for personal and commercial use.
The CRM application (customer relationship management) provides a full range of capabilities for companies to register and report all customer related events, plan and execute marketing activities, increase effectiveness, sales forecast and improve customer support.
Most customers need and want some level of customization, training and ongoing support for their CRM requirements. Partners like MMI Group are able to quickly assess a customers needs, make changes to the exiting application and provide a local resource for ongoing maintenance.
